Mohalla Assi - The latest controversy of Bollywood

If you have watched PK and felt bad about some scenes that might have hurt your religious belief , get ready for "Mohalla Assi".It has more such content and provoking scenes (particularly one where actor playing Lord Shiva is seen abusing in Hindi ) which might get banned by censor board if we go by common sense and intolerance of our society.

Use Ayurveda to get Radiant Skin

We all will love to have a clean skin free from blackheads and pimples, It may be of any texture or color but as long as it is clean and healthy we feel energize and happy. The skin must be taken care with highest sensitivity possible because one wrong decision and it can spread in entire body. There are many ways to take care of our skin, we have ancient traditional ways using herbs made of plants and tree leaves and if we go in modern times we have big companies making lot of skin care cosmetic products using healthy and sometimes unhealthy chemicals.

3. We should take fresh fruits like Orange that contains enough Vitamin C that is must for a healthy skin.

4. We should take herbal tea and other herbal products prescribed in our Ayurveda manifesto if we want to make sure our skin doesn’t get aged by passing time.

5. We have Aloe vera that has many benefits for the skin. It has antibacterial properties that help kill bacteria that cause acne, anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe irritated skin, and astringent properties that help heal scars. Plus, Aloe vera moisturizes the skin and stimulates new skin cell growth.

6. We should use Papaya, walnut, mint, honey, coconut oil, Lemon as all these are great for a skin care and all these are easily available in natural way .Even if we use any of these on regular basis that is more than enough for keeping a health skin.
