Freedom to think big and think new for Career development

We Indians are known for our value system and manners which includes always listening to our parents. These values are right up to a certain extent only and when these start affecting education and career, it must be confronted with. Many times parents ask their kids to go through the same process with which they themselves had gone through in their career, like if father had done engineering from IIT, he would expect and many times force his kid to do the same or if Mother had done MBBS and is a doctor she would expect her kid to do the same.

These things might have been right in some way may be 30-40 years back when there were not many different opportunities for education and career but certainly not in present time. There are so many career opportunities young people now a days have that they can pursue their dreams and become successful in the field they like. The dynamics of the time we are living in is changing every single day and if parents try to make their kids follow same old chain of thoughts and career development process, kids might get left behind to never come up again with confidence. Aspects of spirituality that were there when parents were young is still the same, but the technology to make one smart phone has advanced in unimaginative way since that time, so when it comes to career development, parents should guide kids keeping present ecosystem in mind and not the past obsolete one.

There are universities like Lovely Professional University that offers multiple career development options to young students. There Students are given various options to choose from and are not forced upon with only certain type of courses. Parents should think big and give their kids freedom to choose from various career development opportunities LPU has and should support them throughout.

Here is a nice short video by LPU showcasing why thinking big is so important when it comes to creating a career https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaQdCkNLtjU&feature=youtu.be

Remember that only if Parents can think BIG, Child will think BIG.

IndiPR.com - Connecting Businesses with Bloggers in few clicks

Indiblogger, one of the fastest growing blogging community in India has got nag of trying new things to not only give deserving support to bloggers but also to help various businesses when it comes to marketing. Now it has come with a new platform called IndiPR.com and by the name it’s easy to guess that it is a platform for PR activities for businesses but it is not complex like other currently existing process of doing PR. Indiblogger Team has worked hard to make this process simpler and smoother for both Businesses and Influencers.

Current Popular PR process:

Currently Businesses through their marketing / PR team try to search for bloggers to carry out the press releases. Each time there is some new thing happening in the business that need to be told to public, PR team has to repeat same stuff of trying to search for bloggers and then negotiate for remuneration, sometimes this task becomes really exhaustive and cumbersome and this might affect the future contracts between bloggers and businesses if things go out of hands.

Karthik DR, Co-founder & Business Head at IndiBlogger says, “The amount of time that people spend in trying to identify and contact influencers is huge. With IndiPR.com, you don't have to worry about any of this as the system just needs your Press Release. The rest is history!”

What is IndiPR.com?

IndiPR.com is based on an automated influencer targeting model aka A.I.T.E that connects the respective businesses with the influencers of same domain and expertise in just few clicks. The business team has to go to IndiPR.com and submit their press release and their job is done. The system itself triggers the process of identifying  suitable bloggers who are linked with Indiblogger and intimate them about what is required to be done and how much is remuneration, if the blogger is ok, all he/she has to do is accept the assignment and complete it within the timeline.

As per Anoop Johnson, Co-founder & Director of Marketing at IndiBlogger “With a starting budget of just USD 150, a business of any size will be able to get their press releases published by influential bloggers with a few clicks”. In the new system there is internal algorithm that gives points to influencers for each work done along with the feedback points given by business for which assignment was done. It helps the businesses for next assignments and also helps the system to take more precise automated decision. IndiPR.com team is looking forward to continuously improving this system and also add few more aspects of branding like organizing events for influencers through IndiPR.com.

Indiblogger team has always tried its best to give proper platform to bloggers and IndiPR.com is one such step in that direction. According to Renie Ravin, the Founder and CEO of IndiBlogger “We believe that this system will help Influencers with fresh and new content on their site every day. In a way, you could be writing about the next Google without even realizing its immense potential.”
