Pulse of Nation by Nimbuzz ( FIFA Special )


So like the entire Football loving world, Football fanatics in India are also getting excited and ready for once in a 4 year happening sporting event,THE FIFA World Cup 2014.Though many of us are active over internet and on different social media platforms and we keep seeing what is trending there ,we still don't get the complete detailed picture of mood of people.To Gauge the mood of Young Indian football loving public Nimbuzz with it's "Pulse of the Nation " program went to youth in different cities online and asked for their opinion on different things 

Nimbuzz’s Pulse of the Nation initiative pushed out a string of questions everyday through the Pulse of the Nation Chat Buddy that appear as regular contacts on the chat roster of over 25 million Nimbuzz users across the country and collated their opinions into the Football League special report.

  • Bastin Schweinsteiger, Germany- 19%

2. Who is most likely to take home the Golden Ball? (Respondents: 50,314)
  • Neymar Junior, Brazil – 44%·

3. Best mentor/ icon for the season (Respondents: 20,009)
  • Felipe Scolari, Brazil- 53%
  • Joachia Loew, Germany – 25%

 4. Who will flaunt the coolest hairstyle on the ground? (Respondents: 28,987)
  • Mario Balotelli, Italy – 54%

  • Spain – 46%

    • Iker Casillas, Spain - 28%

    Many of us may agree/disagree with these findings but it's a wonderful initiative to keep fans involved in the event .

    FIFA World Cup 2014 Schedule

    Woohooo.... so finally the wait for 4 years is over and we have THE FIFA World cup in just 10 days time from now. One of the most closely and passionately followed sporting event in the world where top 32 football teams in world will fight among each other through group stages and then knockouts to try to clinch the trophy .This time the football extravaganza is happening in Brazil so these will be odd timings for Indian fans .
